I loved the room with all the modern luxurious touch, the bed was extremely comfy. Its location really close to Western District was great and awesome.

I had a great experience at this hotel in terms of location and convenience. It was so close to everything we wanted to see, right in the centre of everything. We loved being surrounded by fabulous wee eateries at the heart of downtown. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the hotel had all the basic amenities we needed. The rooms were modern and luxurious, with a good-sized dining table to work at and a comfortable king-sized bed. And let's not forget the great view from our room! The breakfast offered was also delicious and satisfying.

Location: the hotel was so close to the public transport, local restaurants and fabulous wee eateries at the heart of downtown HK. The lunch in Lin Heung Tea House right by the property had every choice imaginable.

The hotel boasts a great location for accessing public transportation with close proximity to MTR stations including Sheung Wan and Central. Getting to the HK ferry terminal is also a breeze. The gym is well-equipped and maintained, and guests are pleasantly surprised with a complimentary phone. Rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Room layout can be a challenge with small spaces making it difficult to unpack and move around.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I felt truly pampered with the luxurious amenities and impeccable service. My apartment-suite provided me with exclusive kitchen facilities to prepare my meals. The private facilities of the separate bedroom and bathroom with the rainfall shower were a true treat after a long day exploring the location. The hotel's convenient location was perfect for my needs, being near to exclusive shopping and dining options.

The only minor downside I experienced at this hotel was that there wasn't a Bar/Lounge area to relax after a long day. However, this was not a significant issue as there were plenty of options within the surroundings to socialize.

Our romantic escape was made better by the spacious suite that had a washer and dryer in it. The location was perfect for exploring the city as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who ensured that we had a comfortable stay.

The lack of breakfast or restaurant facilities in the hotel was a bit inconvenient for us, as we had to either order takeout or go out to eat. the lower floors seemed old and worn-out, and the views were not the best.

Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were great bonuses during our city break. The hotel's location was spot-on, everything was close by. Our room had an amazing view of the city, and it was fantastic to wake up to it every morning.

For the price we paid, we expected to have access to more TV channels. There were hardly any channels to choose from, and we were left feeling quite disappointed.

The rooms were beautifully designed, with all the modern luxurious touches and a great view on the lower floors. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, even upgrading us to a suite with a harbor view. We appreciated the prompt email responses and the consideration shown for our baby's needs. a fantastic short stay at a hotel we would highly recommend.
